About the Artists

MARJORIE LEWIS-JONES is an award-winning Sydney writer published by Spineless Wonders, ABC Radio National, Picaro Press, Poetry AustraliaCordite, Hunter Writers Centre, Best Australian Writingthe ACU Prize for Poetry and other anthologies.

EMMA HIGGINS is an Audio Producer and Sound Designer with an affinity for elevating local and emerging voices and stories through audio mediums, notably through podcasts, audio-dramas, audiobooks and geo-locative storytelling. Emma has a passion for community radio and independent broadcasting and works as the Programming & Sponsorship Producer at FBi Radio. Emma has a Bachelor of Sound and Music Design and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, completed at UTS. In 2020, Emma was a joint-winner for Best Sound in the MicroFlix Film Festival for her work on short film, Screen Time.
